Swedish Massage is a general relaxing, rejuvenating massage that can either
focus in on a specific area of the body or encompass a full body massage.
Sessions are ideal for destressing and releasing tension from the body.
Sessions vary from 30 minutes to one hour in length.

*Consultation - Each session involves a consultation to ensure Swedish Massage is the appropriate and most suitable treatment to meet your goals and expectations. A consultation form is completed by you prior to treatment.
*Treatment - This will be a hands-on treatment that follows specific routines of classic massage techniques to maximise the benefits of the massage.
*After-care advice - general advice will be provided to continue the benefits felt from the massage,

Availability
Sessions at my base in Crook of Devon, Kinross.
£35 for full body massage (1 hour)
£20 for 30 minute specific massage.
Home visits available by arrangement.
